Hiking the Batona Trail in New Jersey's Pine Barrens we stopped along the way to take photographs. A pine cone hung over the trail. There is 50 miles of trail and a lot of scenery to see.

Footsin can be done anywhere. The city, woods or at the Jersey Shore. In winter, alone on the beach, with the crowds sunbathing we can walk for miles along the waters edge stopping to take photographs of what we find along the way.

For a while there we would spend a weekend in Cape May, NJ, in December. Walking the beach at sunset and taking photos. This piece of rusted metal was sitting in the sand. The sun was setting and a picture captured. Today the computer allows the photographer to play with the colors and in the process an image entitled "Tin Dog, Sunset, Cape May, NJ" has been created.
